JINCHENG high-end epoxy metallic flooring solution uses highly transparent solvent-free epoxy resin AB adhesive with a 2:1 AB mixing ratio. It is 100% solids, non-toxic, environmentally friendly, and has low VOC content. It is self-leveling, self-defoaming, and boasts a 60° gloss level of ≥85%, presenting a mirror-like texture and flowing gradient effect. It cures quickly, reducing project timelines and saving labor costs. It is slip-resistant, has a Shore hardness of D85+, is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, withstands 500kg/㎡ of heavy object pressure, and is resistant to industrial oil stains and acid/alkali corrosion. It is easy to operate and maintain. The metallic color powder, with micron-sized particles, has excellent dispersibility and color effect, and does not fade. It is suitable for residential homes, commercial spaces, retail stores, showrooms, offices, educational institutions, car dealerships, and other similar settings.
Metallic Epoxy Flooring Construction process
1.Surface preparation: Grinding and leveling (flatness error ≤ 2mm/2m) → Dust and oil removal → Crack repair
2. Primer application: Apply epoxy resin primer (0.2~0.3kg/㎡) by roller. For uneven surfaces, apply two coats. Allow to cure at room temperature for 8-12 hours.
3. Intermediate Coat Application: Apply metallic epoxy intermediate coat (with added custom pigments) by scraping → cure in 12~24 hours.
4. Topcoat application: Apply two coats of high-gloss topcoat (0.3 -0.6kg/m²) by roller → cure for 24 hours.
