This two-component, high-solid aliphatic polyaspartic coating combines rapid cure, strong mechanical performance, and long-term weather resistance in a single system. With solids content above 75%, it keeps VOC emissions low while maintaining the low viscosity needed for smooth, self-leveling application at build thickness — without heavy solvent dilution.
Built on aliphatic chemistry, the cured film resists UV yellowing and chalking even under sustained outdoor exposure, making it well suited to steel structures, facades, and exposed concrete. Once cross-linked, it forms a dense barrier against moisture, salt spray, acid rain, and industrial chemicals, while high tensile strength and impact resistance protect against chipping and delamination under heavy traffic.
A key advantage is reliable cure down to 0°C (32°F), extending the application window into colder months. It applies by airless spray, roller, or brush.

Compared with conventional polyurethane or epoxy systems, this coating achieves a working balance between low viscosity and high volume solids. That combination allows the film to level and wet the substrate properly without heavy solvent dilution, producing a dense, continuous coating once cured. The resulting film resists penetration well, standing up to prolonged outdoor exposure, chemical contact, and mechanical loading over time.

Solids content above 75% keeps VOC emissions low during application and meets most current environmental and workplace safety standards. Because viscosity remains manageable even at high solids, the coating can be applied at build thickness in a single pass while still self-leveling — orange peel and pinholing are uncommon under normal application conditions.
