Low viscosity|cold-weather flow|High clarity|high gloss|Self-leveling|natural defoaming
Low Viscosity Epoxy Floor Coating is a two-component resin made for cool-weather floors. Where ordinary epoxy thickens and turns hard to mix, spread and level, this formulation keeps the fluidity installers need, within specified conditions. It wets out prepared substrates and penetrates suitable porous surfaces.
The resin levels itself and defoams, so tool marks fade and trapped air escapes. With correct mixing and suitable site conditions, it gives a smooth, ripple-free finish. Cured, it forms a hard, transparent, glossy coating with high light transmission and resistance to yellowing, keeping colors and flakes sharp.
It cures at ambient temperature under suitable cold-weather conditions, though application must stay within the data-sheet temperature range. Use it clear, or blend it with compatible pigments for pigmented, flake and marble-effect floors. Check the mixing ratio, coverage and curing schedule against the technical data before installation.

Low Viscosity Epoxy Floor Coating is a two-component resin system made for floors that get coated in cool weather. It flows easily, levels on its own, and lets trapped air rise out without much help. When autumn and winter temperatures make ordinary epoxy sluggish, this is the material that still spreads the way installers expect. Once cured, it leaves a hard, transparent film with a glossy finish, and whatever sits underneath (color, pattern, decorative detail) shows through clearly.
It was developed for jobs where the cold gets in the way of workability, so it suits seasonal floor work and installations in colder regions. Low viscosity, clarity and surface hardness together cover both clear finishes and decorative flooring systems.
Better Flow in Cooler Conditions
Epoxy thickens as the temperature drops. Anyone who has tried to mix and spread it on a cold morning knows the result: it drags, it resists leveling, and it takes more effort than it should. This formulation is designed to limit that cold-related thickening and to resist solidifying, provided storage and application stay within the specified conditions. It stays fluid enough to spread under control and to wet out a properly prepared substrate.
On site, that means the mixed resin goes down evenly across the working area with less fighting. It also soaks into suitable porous surfaces, so the coating makes close contact with the prepared base. In autumn and winter, when application behavior tends to drift from one batch or one morning to the next, that consistency matters.
Self Leveling with a Clear Glossy Finish
The resin levels itself and defoams naturally, which is what gives a smooth, even surface. As it flows out, tool marks fade and entrained air escapes. Get the mixing right, keep the film thickness suitable and the site conditions appropriate, and the finish comes out uniform, without visible ripples.
Transparency is high and so is light transmission, so decorative materials in the system keep their true appearance. The cured surface adds gloss and depth. Colored designs look sharper, and embedded flakes stand out more. The formulation also resists yellowing, which helps the coating stay clear and look the same over time.
Ambient Curing for Seasonal Flooring Projects
The resin cures at ambient temperature under suitable cold-weather application conditions. That makes it relevant for cooler workshops, factory areas and other locations where seasonal temperatures interfere with standard resin handling, and it can be considered for cold substrates too, depending on the requirements of the complete flooring system.
One caution: ambient curing does not mean the resin can go down at any temperature. Stay within the range given in the product technical data sheet. Before starting, check the substrate temperature, the surface condition and the curing requirements. After application, let the coating reach the required cure before the area goes back into use.
Flexible Decorative Flooring Applications
Use it as a clear resin, or blend it with compatible pigments and colorants for different decorative effects. Because the resin is fluid, color spreads through the mixture readily, and the transparent base gives finishes the depth and definition they need.
Typical uses include clear floor coatings, pigmented epoxy floors, decorative flake flooring and marble-effect resin floors. In flake systems, it can go into a compatible coating build-up to show off the decorative finish. For marble effects, suitable pigments and application techniques create flowing patterns under a glossy surface. The exact layer arrangement depends on the system design you choose.
That range lets one resin serve a plain transparent finish or a much more expressive floor. Whenever you introduce a new pigment or colorant, confirm it is compatible with the resin first, and make a small sample to check the color, clarity and overall look.
A Practical Resin for Cold Season Installation
If a project needs resin that stays workable in cool conditions, this formulation offers low viscosity, self-leveling performance and a hard, glossy finish in one product. Choose Low Viscosity Epoxy Floor Coating for autumn and winter installations where application fluidity and decorative clarity both count. Before installation, check the mixing ratio, coverage, application temperature and curing schedule against the product technical data.

1 .Weigh A and B glue according to the given weight ratio into the prepared cleaned container, fully mixed the mixture again the container wall by clockwise, place it along for 3 to 5 minutes, and then it can be used.
2.Take the glue according to the usable time and dosage of mixture to avoid wasting. When the temperature is below 15 ‘C , please heat A glue to 30 ‘C first and then mix it to the B glue (A glue will be thicken in low temperature ), The glue must be sealed lid after use to avoid rejection caused by moisture absorption.
3 .When the relative humidity is higher than 85%, the surface of the cured mixture will absorb moisture in the air, and form a layer of white mist in the surface, so when the relative humidity is higher than 85%, is not suitable for room temperature curing, suggest to use the heat curing
