Low viscosity|Natural defoaming|High transparency|Ambient & Heat Curing
This clear epoxy primer is designed for ordinary concrete floors, where its job is to wet the surface thoroughly and leave a continuous base for the coatings that follow. Low viscosity lets it spread easily over sound, prepared concrete and follow the surface texture, so coverage stays even rather than patchy. Its natural defoaming performance helps entrapped air escape, supporting a smooth, pinhole-free film when mixing and application are handled with care. Working time still matters: apply within the specified window so air has a chance to release before the film sets. Once cured, the film is highly transparent and keeps the concrete texture visible; colour and decorative effects are left to the layers applied above. The primer cures at ambient or elevated temperatures, giving contractors room to match different site and scheduling conditions. Mixing ratio, application temperature, curing schedule and recoat window should follow the technical data sheet. Good results also depend on preparation: the concrete should be clean and sound, free of dust, laitance, oil and loose material, with moisture within system requirements. For contractors and flooring system suppliers, it is a dependable first layer for concrete floors that flows easily, wets the substrate well and cures clear.

This clear epoxy primer is made for ordinary concrete floors. Its job is simple: get into the surface, wet it out fully, and leave a continuous base for whatever coating comes next. Four properties define it: low viscosity, high transparency, natural defoaming and flexible curing.
Low viscosity is what makes the primer easy to work. It flows across sound, prepared concrete and follows the surface texture, so material spreads evenly instead of collecting in heavy patches. Concrete varies in absorbency from one area to another, so the quantity applied should be set by the actual substrate: enough for full coverage, not so much that it pools.
Air is the usual enemy of a primer coat. Bubbles trapped during mixing or rolling can leave pinholes that carry through every layer above. This resin releases entrapped air on its own as it settles, which helps keep the film smooth and pinhole-free. Careful mixing and application within the working time still matter, as do substrate conditions that affect air release during cure.
The cured film is clear, so the concrete texture stays visible beneath it. That suits systems that call for a transparent base. Colour, decorative effects and final surface performance belong to the layers applied afterwards; the primer’s role is preparation.
Curing can take place at ambient temperature or with added heat. Ambient curing fits sites that stay within the recommended conditions. Elevated-temperature curing is an option where controlled heating is available and the product instructions allow it. Mixing ratio, application temperature, curing schedule and recoat window should all follow the technical data sheet.
Preparation decides the outcome. The concrete should be sound and clean, free of dust, laitance, oil and loose material, with moisture within the limits of the chosen coating system. Apply the primer evenly, confirm the next coat is compatible, and recoat within the stated window.
For contractors and flooring system suppliers, the result is a primer that flows easily, wets concrete well and cures to a clear film: a dependable first layer on ordinary concrete floors.

Working environment:
Keep the mixing container clean.Components A and B are stricth proportioned by weight, accurately weighed, and thoroughly stirred clockwise along the inner wall of the container.
